Strawberry Milk Cake



1 cup flour 
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
1/4 cup butter, softened 
1/2 cup sugar 
1 eggs 
1 cup STRAWBERRYmilk! 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional) 

Directions: 
1 preheat oven to 375f or 170c; line muffin cups with papers. 
2 sieve flour baking powder and salt.
cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy...beat in eggs one at a time adding milk and vanilla essence 
4 add into flour (create well and no beating!...gentle stirring)
5 divide evenly among pans and bake for 20 minutes. let cool in pans.

  1. My mistake... i only put 1/4 tsp of baking powder...no wonder its not rising...
